How Pre-Orders Work

3. Wait for the estimated arrival (ETA). Please note that ETAs are estimates and may change due to supplier or shipping delays.
4. Once your item arrives, we'll notify you via email or text. All customers will need to check out again to arrange shipping. If you selected the Down Payment option, your checkout will also include the remaining balance before shipment.
5. We'll ship your order to the shipping address you provide during the final checkout
